I have made several pieces of some improvisation. The themes that I made and pieces are as following.
8Bits
This is a 8Bits style of music. I used the most simple square waves to build the drum kits and melodies. This is a really creative way to make music because I only used one kind of wave and it turned out to be very good.
Alone
This is the piano piece that I improvised. It is mainly using the piano and some ambient pad. I can feel the processing and slowly building up the emotions. I really like this piece, but I think it is too simple and it is more suitable for another projects.
Discouragement
This is the piece that satisfied me most. I think I will develop from this piece. The starting of the synth has a very strong sense of pushing and pulling.
Based on the starting point of the improvisation piece, I noticed that I should make some adjustments and expansion on the following points. The first is the drone is too plain and I don’t want to make something that based on drone, so I might add something more fluid and melodic. And I need to enhance the atmosphere and ambience.
Outcome
The final outcome is satisfying. I really enjoy the way that this piece slowly develops like dragging me into another world that filled with magics and imaginations. This piece makes me feel peaceful and calm. I have talked with Sharkia with this piece, and we came to an agreement that this piece is enough for the remedy for some negative feelings.
