CSP foley practice

This is my first time to do foley recording. In the class we are asked to scream and use some materials to make the voice of fire. This is quite special in radio art because it used something totally different and irrelevant to vibrate to make some voice. The audience behind the radio or screen will never think of the way to make up a foley like this. Actually this is quite a universal way in radio and film making.

Foley is like a magic to give the ordinary and daily boring objects a new life to make a new sound. What’s more, with AI technology developing drastically, people tend to not believe what they see in their eyes. However, foley is a trick that people still believe in and it is more earlier than AI technology.
