This is the complete version of the final outcome.
Advantage: For me, this attempt to compose is a brand new experience, and it broke many existing ways and notions of my work before. Firstly, the idea of my former work that choose the naturally existing things as symbols and imagery. Then, improvisation and composing many strings as a clue throughout the whole song is difficult but really educational because it is not only writing some simple chords or notes. I have to consider whether it is abrupt or inharmonious in the current part. What’s more, due to the knowledge from the class, I can now modulate timbre via synthesis more familiarly and closely than ever before. I am now more clear and asure about what kind of ambient music that I am fond of and is going to develop.
Drawback： First is the mixing part, I am not clear about how to make a mixing, which I should learn more about. Especially for the application of the knowledge taught about Pan, I don’t know how to correctly apply it in the music track.
